Shayna Hawkins is a multi-media artist who received her Bachelor’s of Fine Art in Computer Art from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Although she will always have a special place in her heart for her home state, she decided it was in her best interest to expand her horizons. After visiting the major metropolis that is New York City, she decided it would be the perfect place to call her new home. She is currently working on her craft in Brooklyn, NY. Many of her peices are based on memes and themes of the internet, but her future projects will also include other subjects. Once Shayna has settled in to her new city, she hopes to find work as a graphic artist, or attend school to obtain her MFA.
